Good but not impressive

The breakfast room is nicely decorated but small. The room was very quiet and the breakfast was delicious. The old city center is a 20 minute walk.

The decoration seems a bit impersonal and cold.

Ordinary hotel, surprised it earned three stars

It was clean and the bed was comfortable. I liked that the breakfast had a regional foods corner.

It was in a very noisy location, and the room was hot so the windows had to stay open

Room was good and breakfast was excellent too. Location is excellent just opposite the train station.

Ok for a short stay

Location was very convenient for me, the room was nice with a very comfortable bed. Very quiet — as a light sleeper I really appreciate that. I also enjoyed breakfast, it was delicious and had many options.

There were some old dirty stains on the curtains and on the bathroom floor, that was kinda annoying, although in general the room was clean. I had to open the window every time I came back into my room, because the smell of cleaning products was super strong — I guess that could be a potential problem for people with allergies. Also, the lady at the reception was very unpleasant to talk to (only met her once, other people were nice)

Wonderful

Room size and breakfast exceeded expectations, bed very comfortable. Staff professional and efficient.

The things that could be improved are: toiletries minimal and insufficient, we had to ask for handsoap, and no drinking glasses were provided

Convenient location and mostly helpful staff.

Only one pillow on the bed found an extra in a closet. The shower leaked a lot. There was one lady at the check in desk that was grumpy and took a long time to check us in even though we presented our passports earlier and completed the online check in.

Real cappuccino at breakfast!

Practical, spacious and clean bedroom/bathroom - with a bath which is unusual these days. Great breakfast choices and proper cappuccini (not from a machine - a major plus point!). Quick and efficient lifts - never waited more than a few seconds which was important when you're on the 5th floor.

Bologna is now a very expensive city for accommodation so while the hotel is vfm, it isn't cheap. Location is great for the station but a good 15 minute walk from the main piazza.

They offered exactly what we were looking for. All was good while we stayed there.

Liked that it was close to the train station, that it had a very good breakfast variety, comfortable bed and very nice staff.

All up a funky modern Hotel good value for the money.

It’s worth the money for short stays. It is a modern, funky 3 star hotel part of the UNA group. Very well located for travellers across from Bologna Centrale. Young, helpful staff with good English. Room was large and very quiet with fresh air as one could leave the window open. The breakfast was adequate and the staff were responsive if there was anything not working or needing to be addressed. The staff was also helpful in providing suggestions and any other information you may require.

It’s modular and reminded me a bit of a being on a boat. Some bathroom maintenance is needed but not much else. Whilst it is a good location for travellers, it is in a more daggy part of town with homeless people as well as a lot of rubbish around. But this is the state of Bologna it seems as far as the rubbish goes.
